Silicon versus Saline, How do they feel?

In Naples, Florida most breast augmentation patients wants to know the difference in feel between saline implants and silicon implants. Personally, I feel silicon smooth implants have the most natural feel, however, if an individual has breasts with good thickness of skin and moderate amount of breast tissue, then saline implants can give an extremely natural feel. I think that the new gummy bear implants (Form stable) need to get a bit softer before they feel like real breast tissue.
